Sensors Probes Truck Loggers Readers Connectors Software Alerts

FreshLoc Sensors
In a Facility
FreshLoc
uses different devices to sense temperature and humidity: within a facility, in a freezer or cooler, small sensor tags are placed in different temp zones.

In a Process
In a food process, where temperature changes are critical, such as cooking or chilldown,  probes are stuck inside a product.

During Transport
Loggers
mounted on top of trucks track temperatures inside the trailer. When the truck arrives at its destination, the data is automatically downloaded. In the yard, temperature is continuously monitored.

FreshLoc Infrastructure
Data from sensor devices is wirelessly transmitted to a FreshLoc Reader. Each reader can receive from numerous sensor devices.

The reader is connected to your network, and data can be viewed at your desktop using FreshLoc Tassure software.

Web Access Tassure
Data is stored on FreshLoc servers, and can be viewed from any Internet connection using a secure login. Reports are available in an array of formats, with graphing and scheduling capabilities built in.

Cell phone, email and pager alerts can escalate up a chain of command--unanswered by one party, they seek the next level.

Local Access Tassure
Data stays in your facility, real time reports are available on your PC, and a pager alert notifies you of out of range events.
